For 35 years, this place has provided me with the opportunity to grow into my best self. It is a joy to watch the same transformation happen to hundreds of kids each summer. As we look forward towards Giving Tuesday, it would be wonderful to raise money to make sure camp is affordable for all campers who want to experience a summer in Fairlee, Vermont.

Imagine you are tripping with friends in the crisp morning air setting off for the bluff on the narrow trail. A group of friends who just days before were strangers. The towering trees, sun dappling our faces in soft, golden beams through branches that stretched toward the sky. The sound of song and laughter echos through the woods as we into the forest, our boots crunching the leaves that carpeted the path toward the bluff.

As we hike together each step brings us closer, not just to nature but to each other. As conversations that began with small talk flow into stories, shared dreams, and shared adventure, lifelong friendships are formed to the soundtrack of a soft breeze blowing across Lake Morey, through the maples and white pines.
