I’ve struggled with my mental health for many years. I’ve put a plaster on it, convinced myself and others that I’m the life and soul of the party, but behind all this has been some serious ups and downs.

I’m riding for everyone and anyone who’s ever felt like they didn’t belong in this world, for those who wished someone would ask if they were ok.
