Carolyn Weeks is an attorney at Maynard Nexsen in the Corporate & Business Transactions practice group. Her current role involves assisting clients with a full range of corporate needs – from simple company formations to complex mergers and acquisitions.

After multiple summers in Huntsville during law school clerkship programs, Carolyn and her husband Alec had no trouble deciding that Huntsville was the place they wanted to call home. Carolyn’s favorite memory of the Garden stems from her first married Christmas, when she and Alec grabbed a few cups of hot chocolate and walked the Galaxy of Lights trails. It was one of her most special holiday memories in her new hometown and one that she’ll never forget.

Carolyn hopes that her partnership with the Garden will help it maintain and elevate its status as a place where memories are planted, friendships grow, and community blossoms.
