Hi Guys

This February, I am joining up with my work colleagues who work at the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit at the RSCH, Brighton, to complete a challenge of skipping for 15 minutes each, every day of February, to raise money for Stroke Association.

During the challenge we will each spend 7.25 hours skipping, during this time 87 strokes will cause devastation to families across the UK. The last 18 months has had a devastating effect on Stroke Association's work, but your contribution can make a positive impact, whether you donate £5 or £50. Every penny counts.

Stroke Association's vision is for there to be fewer strokes, and for people affected by stroke to get the help they need to live the best life they can.
