Story

Dear Family/Friends/Supporters,

I'm excited to share some news with you! From August 4-16, 2024, I will be embarking on a deeply meaningful journey to Poland along with 15 fellow USC Trojan Catholics. We will be joining hundreds of thousands of Poles on their annual pilgrimage to Czestochowa, a pilgrimage that holds immense spiritual significance for us.

During our time in Poland, we'll be participating in a walking pilgrimage to Auschwitz, a place of profound reflection and remembrance. Additionally, we'll have the honor of attending a special Mass at Cell Block 11, where we'll pay tribute to the sacrifice of St. Maximilian Kolbe and pray for all those who perished there.

This pilgrimage is more than just a trip; it's a retreat for the soul, a chance to meditate on the profound teachings and examples of three of the greatest saints of our time: St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Faustina, and St. John Paul II. In a world filled with challenges, their unwavering faith, commitment to truth, and selfless service stand as beacons of hope and inspiration.

I'm reaching out to ask for your support in two ways. Firstly, I would be deeply grateful for your prayers as we embark on this journey. Your spiritual support means the world to me, and I know it will strengthen and guide us throughout this pilgrimage.

Secondly, I'm also seeking financial support to help cover the costs associated with the pilgrimage. A donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated and will contribute towards meals, lodging, and transportation for myself and my fellow pilgrims.

Our spiritual guides, including a Franciscan priest and a Kolbe Missionary, will play integral roles in facilitating our journey and guiding us closer to God. Their presence and guidance are invaluable, and I'm incredibly grateful for their support.

During our time in Poland, we'll have the opportunity to visit various sacred sites associated with the saints, including the Divine Mercy Shrine and St. John Paul II's birthplace. Daily Mass, communal prayer, and moments of reflection will be central to our pilgrimage experience.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering supporting me on this journey of faith. Your generosity and prayers mean more to me than words can express, and I will carry your intentions with me every step of the way.

With gratitude and blessings,

Jenny
