Career Collaborative and InSight walk alongside students at every stage of their career journey – from the moment they set foot on campus to the day they proudly cross the stage to receive their diploma – and even beyond graduation. Our team provides personalized guidance, practical experiences, and powerful connections to jobs and internships that prepare students to confidently take their next step, whether that’s launching directly into the workforce or pursuing an advanced degree.

Throughout the year, we host an impressive lineup of Signature Events, including the Fall Career Fair, Mock Interview Days each semester, The Game of Life, InSight FastPass Day, Employer Spotlights, the Elevator Pitch Competition, and Career Ed*Ventures, to name just a few. These hands-on programs connect students with employers, build essential skills, and turn career aspirations into achievable plans.

Our work is strengthened by 15 dedicated student employees who serve as trained career peer coaches. They mentor fellow students, extend our reach, and help create a culture of career readiness across campus.
