Some of you may know that I have been involved with Her Justice - an organization committed to providing free legal services to New York City's women (and children) living in poverty - for a number of years. Her Justice provides legal services in the areas of family, matrimonial, and immigration law, and through this important work, we can start to break down the individual and systemic barriers that exist in the legal system and operate to the disadvantage of this population.

Join me and together we will #ShiftThePower. For over 30 years, Her Justice has created new beginnings for more than 45,000 women and children. Through life-changing free legal help and policy work built on three decades of expertise, Her Justice improves outcomes for women like our clients in court, Shifting The Power to offer new beginnings for women and families.

This year’s campaign is a promise to Her Justice clients that they are not alone through their legal journey, and a new day is on the horizon.
