One thing I am passionate about is equipping young people in being and achieving better for themselves and their communities. At the YMCA, youth development is truly a pillar in all we do. At the Emerson YMCA a youth can learn to swim, compete on multiple sport teams, receive educational and professional support, and build community through positive relationships with peers.

We are committed to eliminating barriers to access, ensuring everyone can enjoy the Y by making financial assistance accessible. The Emerson YMCA champions safety around water through swim lessons for youth of all developmental abilities, supports our Boys and Young Men of Color in their educational and professional endeavors, and provides a safe space for youth of all ages to grow up in through summer camp.
