Hello! Children's Cancer Connection is proud to be fluttering for Unravel Pediatric Cancer in 2026 in support of our dear friend Lucy Sandeen and the important work she does for Unravel Iowa. CCC supports Iowa families navigating a pediatric cancer journey and Unravel Iowa works to find safer and more effective treatment, and ultimately a cure. Please consider supporting their efforts!

We are Fluttering this year to raise awareness about childhood cancer, and to help fund pediatric cancer research. Fluttering will be going on for the entire month of September, so please help us continue this chain of community awareness!

Unravel is a 501(c)3 nonprofit working to bridge the gap in funding for pediatric cancer research. With the help of warrior families and their communities, Unravel raises awareness of the need for this research and the funds to support it.

Unlike the typical grant funding model, Unravel gives unrestricted funds to innovative pediatric cancer researchers, which removes barriers and accelerates the development of more effective and less toxic treatments for children with cancer.
