Many people born in 1986 are running in fear of this year and turning 40, when instead, your girl Christie is running (with a pretty decent 5K pace, I might add) straight toward a 10K!

And I hope you'll come alongside me (figuratively) to do something practical to support survivors of sexual violence: donate to Circles of Support and Accountability, so they can stop reoffending before it happens. CoSA has an 88% success rate (!) which results in fewer people being harmed, safer communities and real second chances.

Funds raised through fundraising efforts go directly towards assisting clients in meeting their basic needs (groceries, clothing, transportation), allow CoSA to offer social programming, and support CoSA's efforts to offer training and professional development opportunities to volunteers.
