Family and Friends, I'm once again participating in the Ottawa Race weekend and raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.

As many of you know, I lost my mom, among other family members to, and have had many other loved ones affected by this awful disease.

This year I will be running the 10K in memory of my mom, and in support of other family members and friends who have had their lives touched by cancer.
