This year I will be trying to beat my 10K from 2024 and trying for a PB. While I try to meet that challenge I want to raise some money along the way. I also like to choose a local Ottawa charity and this year, that charity is Interval House. This organization supports women and gender-diverse people who are fleeing domestic and gender-based violence/abuse. They are given a safe shelter, counseling, education and support for children.
