This December, I’m taking on my 2nd HYROX London ExCel with Marina to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support.

HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. We will be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. I’m sure you can understand that this is something totally out of our usual routine of eating and drinking!

We have pledged to raise £1,000 which could help support many of Macmillan’s vital services. I’d be so grateful for any donations to help me reach my goal.

📖 £14.50 could pay for 10 copies of our Help with the cost of cancer booklet.

📱 £23 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.

💚 £41 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
