As one of the founding churches of Family Promise Metrowest, Christ Lutheran Church is proud to support the "2025 Walk to End Homelessness" because they provide families with a "Hand up" rather than a "Hand out."  

Case Managers work diligently with families, regardless of the program (shelter, transitional living, Steps to success or the homelessness prevention)  program they are in. Each family is treated uniquely by addressing their specific needs. Case management can include assistance with rent in arrears, childcare support, job placement services, alleviating credit burdens, and educational opportunities.... anything the family needs to become a self sustaining independent families.  Case managers are with them every step of the way.
