Chapman-Richards Cares (CR Cares) is dedicated to strengthening communities through healthcare, housing, and essential support programs, providing over $510,000 in grants and countless volunteer hours to organizations addressing critical needs. Each year, we host a popular Bake Sale and Auction, where agents, local businesses, and community members donate sweet treats and gift baskets to raise funds for local organizations that focus on addressing basic needs and homelessness. Throughout the year, we also provide clothing, books, toys, and grants to local charities, all of which are rooted in our commitment to housing-focused outreach. By building partnerships and mobilizing volunteers, CR Cares uplifts lives and strengthens our community—one project at a time.
