The Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast is honored to support Harry Chapin Food Bank this holiday season with the Give Thanks, Give Food drive.

Every day, thousands of children, seniors, and families across Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee counties face food insecurity. With approximately 70% of this area classified as food deserts, access to nutritious food is a persistent struggle for many. Harry Chapin Food Bank plays an essential role in alleviating this burden, distributing millions of pounds of food annually to those in need.

We invite you to join our Give Thanks, Give Food drive in one of two meaningful ways:

1. Donate Directly: Bring canned or non-perishable food items to the designated collection bin located in the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers Gulf Coast lobby, located at 9931 Interstate Commerce Dr., Fort Myers.

2. Virtual Donations: With reductions in emergency funding and increased demand due to economic pressures, your virtual fundraising efforts are more critical than ever for Harry Chapin Food Bank.

The drive will culminate in a special holiday reception on Dec. 11 from 4-6 p.m. at Crowne Plaza, where all collected donations will be presented to Harry Chapin Food Bank.

Your participation will help ensure that no family in our community has to choose between food and other basic needs. By working together, we can extend a lifeline to those in need and spread hope this holiday season.
