I love the Y and all the programs they offer and I'm proud to be Board Chair for the Carondelet branch.

I participate in many health and wellness programs, which are partially funded through the annual campaign. I've benefited from the Diabetes Prevention Program, Blood Pressure Monitoring, and now that I've been diagnosed with cancer, I will join the Livestrong program, and continue with the Active Older Adult programs.
