Story
As some of you already know, my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in December. Since then, she’s had multiple surgeries to remove the tumour and then her lymph nodes, and she’s now going through treatment. Through it all, she’s honestly been the strongest, bravest woman I’ve ever known.
A few months after i found out, I signed up for a HYROX because I thought—life’s too short, why not do something hard? I smashed it… and now I’ve booked another one.
This time, it’s my first charity event, and I’m doing it for Macmillan Cancer Support. It feels like the perfect opportunity to give back to a charity that’s supporting my mum so much right now.
I’d love to raise £400+, so any donation—no matter how small—would mean the world. This charity is helping my family and so many others we’ve met who are going through similar experiences.
And I promise… I’ll be aiming for a sub-70 💪
Thank you so much ❤️ xox
