This October I’m taking on my first HYROX challenge and I’m doing it to raise money for charity, another first for me!

I’m pretty confident I can smash the HYROX but I really need your help in smashing my fundraising target.

Cancer has had a big impact in my life, affecting a number of family members over the years. Most recently my wife, Amie, was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a year of gruelling treatment, which had a profound effect on us as a family.

Macmillan helped with information, emotional support and financial advice from the moment we heard the words “You have cancer”, throughout treatment and then in the aftermath of it all.

Please help me to give something back to a worthy charity helping millions of people affected by cancer everyday.
