Hello! Posse is a nonprofit that is near and dear to my heart. I am very proud to serve on the National Board of Directors.

Posse is a merit-based college success program working to bring greater diversity to leadership positions in our country. Posse does not screen for race or need. We look for extraordinary students who not only excel in school but demonstrate incredible leadership ability and represent the diversity of the American population.

Posse was inspired by a student who said, "I never would have dropped out of college if I'd had my Posse with me." The simple idea: send a team (a Posse) of diverse students together to college so they can support one another -- and set them up for success. Posse has now supported close to 13,000 students nationwide. Posse Scholars have won $2 billion in scholarships from Posse's partner colleges and graduate at rates of over 90%!
