From Friday 6 to Saturday 7 October, our team will take part in ‘The Triple Challenge’, an intense and demanding active challenge including trekking, cycling and kayaking in the Lake District.

The challenge is to complete the three activities over the course of 1 day. In total, we will trek for 11km, cycle for 12km and kayak for 1.5km.
