Last year I spent a month in the Hospital investigating my heart and the blockages which were pretty badly blocked. Because of those blocked arteries, I had a quadruple bypass that I proudly survived and recovered from.

I am fundraising for a Walk for Cardiac Health outdoors! We’re inviting all joggers, brisk walkers, and casual strollers to join us for a beautiful lakeside run or walk at Mill Lake Park. Help us fund cardiac programs and equipment at our local hospitals!
