I joined the Race 4 Veronika's Place team several years ago because I believe in this worthy cause. I lost a family member and my best friend to AIDS in 1993. I know that the drugs provided through the US are effective - if accompanied with proper nutrition - for our affected sisters and brothers of HCAM. We can ensure that our sisters and brothers are provided basic needs necessary to stay healthy.

For my part, I will be participating in the Charity Half Marathon as part of the Los Angeles Marathon weekend races for #morethanamarathon.
