My name is Derf Maitland and I am the Coach of the Delone Catholic High School Speech and Debate team.

Delone has a wonderful tradition of forensics, beginning under the guidance of Monsignor Lyons, inspired by Brother René Sterner ('55), and brought to fruition by former beloved teacher, Mary Furlong. I'm am proud, yet humbled, to be a part of this tradition.
