Every year, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in the UK and they may not get access to the support they need, with millions on waiting lists for mental health treatments and vital services being under constant strain and threat of cut backs. This makes the services Mind and SAMH provide more important than ever.

Virgin Money colleagues have chosen to support SAMH and Mind in the fight for mental health from January 2024. So on 12th Sept, I'll be heading north of the border - passport packed ;), leaving from our our central Glasgow offices and walking along the Clyde to Dumbarton Castle (approx. 16 miles) and helping to raise vital funds towards their services.

All donations to this JustGiving page will be split equally between Mind (charity no. 219830) and Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) (charity no. SC-008897).
