Hey! I hope everyone is doing well.

I recently joined the staff at the Montgomery County Community College Foundation (Montco). As many of you may know, education and equal access to education are very important to me. With that in mind I'm participating in Montco's Day of Giving and raising money for the Foundation's Emergency Fund for the Blue Bell Campus.

This fund is designed to help Montco students facing unforeseen circumstances like short term cash flow issues, food insecurity, temporary housing needs, illness, transportation problems, and more.

Many of you know my story and how unforeseen circumstances flipped my life upside down. But, with the help of my family, friends and countless strangers I'm here today working to help others.

I'm asking each of you to join me as I continue to turn my tragedy into triumph by helping others with big dreams being delayed, and even stifled by life's challenges. Together we can provide a critical lifeline for those who have nowhere else to turn.
