Story
Last year our wonderful grandpa/father was sadly diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour and passed away within just 6 weeks of his diagnosis. His family was the most important thing to him, and so we have decided to come together and run the Royal Parks half marathon in October in loving memory of him. The run also falls on the weekend of what would have been his 84th birthday. We will be thinking of him as we run the 13 mile route, and would greatly appreciate any support and donations as we collectively fund raise.
This stunning central London half marathon route takes in some of the capital's world-famous landmarks and Royal Parks. The money raised will help The Brain Tumour Charity accelerate a cure and improve life for everyone affected.
