I am raising money in memory of Scott who sadly took his life in September 2024, by walking a 50k ultra challenge.

Scott was a much loved husband, father, son and friend who deserved more in terms of his mental health support.

Men experience disproportionately high-rates of suicide, with death by suicide being the biggest killer of men under the age of 50 in the UK.

I am taking on this challenge with his wife and friends to raise money for Mind, who provide mental health support to try to help change or even save a life 🙏🏼❤️
