Story
This November, 86,000 Utah families are losing their SNAP food assistance because of the federal shutdown. That’s 177,000 people, parents, kids, seniors, facing an empty pantry and a government that’s shrugging its shoulders.
At Elevate Utah, we believe that when elected leaders fail to act, communities can still lead. So we’re stepping up together. Every dollar raised through this campaign goes directly to the Utah Food Bank, which can turn each $1 donation into $7.80 worth of food through its statewide network of 309 partner pantries.
Our goal is to raise $2,500 — enough to provide $19,500 worth of groceries to families who need them most.
