Fortifying Our Facilities to Withstand the Forecast

Join us for DU Day 2023, a 24-hour online, social media-driven fundraising campaign on November 28th.

Our goal is to raise at least 1 million dollars to create a safer, healthier, and more innovative environment for the entire Dillard University community. As proud alumni and supporters of this historic institution, we know that investing in Dillard's future is investing in the future of our city and our country.

This year, we are focused on three key priorities: DU3. First, we need to fortify our facilities to withstand the forecast. Dillard is the oldest HBCU in Louisiana and while we are proud of our legacy, we must also acknowledge that our campus infrastructure needs significant upgrades. Your donation will help enhance current buildings and fund future developments.

Secondly, we need to fortify our faculty and staff. Our professors and administrators are the backbone of this institution and they deserve the resources necessary to provide a world-class education to our students. Your donation will help us attract and retain top talent.

Finally, we need to finance the future. Dillard has always been a place where young people can come to learn, grow, and serve their communities. With your support, we can continue this legacy for generations to come.
