This will be my 5th year running a 5km race for Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) Ottawa because I believe in the work that we do.

With an 88% success rate, CoSA helps our community stay safe from sexual harm through intentional support and accountability. By pairing formerly incarcerated people with a “circle” of 2-3 volunteers who act as mentors and assist them in their reintegration back into the community, Ottawa is a safer place for everyone. People have a real opportunity to turn their lives around for good.
