Port of El Paso Campaign

Welcome to Feds Feed Families 2024! This year the Port of El Paso hopes to exceed the previous year donations in support of our local food bank and our local communities. Last Year 2023, the Port of El Paso led CBP nationwide by donating 5,812 pounds of food.
Let's make this another great year of giving generously!
We have partnered with the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger (EPFH), El Paso's only food bank and a member of Feeding America, the nation's largest hunger relief network.
The Food Bank is the distribution center for over 100 partner pantries across the borderland region and collaborative hub for hunger initiatives that assists in SNAP applications and nutrition education. EPFH also distributes healthy and nutritious food to an approaching 1,000 client-choice, mobile pantries which provide food to underserved/unserved communities, including colonias.
The food bank currently serves over 170,000 food insecure people with 1 in 3 El Pasoans unsure of where their next meal will come from. Food insecurity is defined as being limited at times to having adequate food because of a lack of money and other resources.
