Story

I'm going to be running 26.2 miles of the Berlin marathon on Sunday 29th September for The Brain Tumour Charity, for my most beautiful, loving, deserving, strong, hilarious and mischievous Heather.

Heather LOVED holidays and travel! So I’m planning on keeping this up… just with a little run added-in to raise funds for a charity that is doing all they can to support people whose lives have also been turned upside down by a brain tumour.

This year, it’s time for Berlin!

I always think that Heather dealt with everything she faced with so much strength, there is no way I can ever complain about getting myself through the much easier training plan and marathon run itself… you’ll always be my biggest inspiration my dear! xo

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. They’re moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.

A cure really, really can't wait!
