On Friday 19th May I will be abseiling 89 feet (that's taller than the White House and 6 double-decker buses) from the top of the Sykes Cottages Chester office.

I'm am doing this to raise money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, which provide quality specialist palliative and end-of-life care for the people, relatives, and carers of the Cheshire community.
