This October 2026, myself and Molly are excited to take on the HYROX Birmingham 2026 fitness race, a unique sporting event that challenges both endurance and strength. HYROX combines running with functional fitness through a demanding course of eight rounds of a 1km run followed by a functional workout station. Our team is committed to pushing our limits to support those living with cancer through Macmillan Cancer Support.

Cancer affects over 3.5 million people in the UK today, and Macmillan’s mission is to ensure everyone facing this challenge receives the best care possible. However, this vital work depends entirely on generous donations from supporters like you. Your contribution can make a real difference: £10 provides 10 copies of the "Help with the Cost of Cancer" booklet; £20 funds an emotional support session with a Macmillan Buddy; and £39 pays for one hour of care from a Macmillan Nurse.
