This December, I’m pushing myself both mentally and physically by taking on HYROX! This race combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

It’s going to be a serious challenge, but it’s nothing compared to what people face when they’re living with cancer. I've seen firsthand how sudden and devastating cancer can be, and it has really opened my eyes.

I'm taking on this challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support because I believe in their mission to ensure no one faces cancer alone.

I have set a goal to raise £400, which could fund an hour of Macmillan’s Support Line for someone feeling lost, scared, or overwhelmed. That one hour could mean everything to someone.
