Hi everyone,

I’m excited to partner with Good Grief to run this year's NYC Half Marathon. We're striving to provide essential resources to children and families navigating through loss to help them find resilience and feel supported. I'm also running in honor of my late father, Greg, and all the parents and caretakers who left us too soon.

One in seven kids will experience the death of a parent or sibling before the age of 25, equating to over 280,000 kids in NJ. Without the right support, this traumatic experience can result in long-term mental and physical health problems such as anxiety and depression.
