This December, we're taking on HYROX London ExCel in memory of Gary/Dad who we lost in March 2026 after a short battle with Cancer. Macmillan supported us throughout this process and we would like to say thank you by raising important funds so they can continue supporting families like ours.

Hyrox is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. We'll be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. We know Dad will be cheering us on and be very proud we are doing it together. The countdown is on as I am also recovering from recent shoulder surgery and have my second baby due end of October!

We have pledged to raise £1,000, which could help support many of Macmillan’s vital services. We'd be so grateful for any donations to help us reach our goal.

📱 £23 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.

💚 £41 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
