Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I’m proud to be raising money to support UNICEF’s vital work for children.

UNICEF is being supported by the 2023/24 Clipper Round The World Yacht Race, is the main charity and has one of the eleven competing yachts branded in their colours. As they circumnavigate the globe, each yacht will be attempting to raise awareness of and funds for UNICEF.

Wee Dram, Seaton the Duck and I are currently training the next generation of rubber duckies who will be joining the Team Perseverance Clipper yacht, and sailing right around the world !! What an adventure!!

You can get involved by sponsoring a duck, and following their adventures around the world ... from Portsmouth, they will race to Cadiz, Uruguay, South Africa, Australia, Vietnam, China, Seattle, through the Panama Canal to Washington DC, across the Atlantic to Oban and back to Portsmouth, returning in July 2024.

As of Sunday 3rd September, just hours before Race Start, the first 15 ducks have already been sponsored at an amazing £100 each !! If you would like a specific number on your duck (out of 50) then do let me know.

Of course you can always make a wee donation at any time without going the whole hog ... and that could get you supporting 1 or 2 or 3 legs.

Whether you are a school, a business, a sailing club or an individual, YOU can feel involved, by following the race online, cheer on Team Perseverance AND contribute to a worthwhile, worldwide endeavour.
