Daily we hear about a national mental health crisis that is affecting so many: teenagers, young men, those in rural areas, people in isolated or stressful jobs. The list seems endless - and perhaps we try and ignore it - till it suddenly becomes a very tragic reality.

That is why we are walking a half marathon in London for MIND in January. 13 miles might not seem very far but every step will be taken with love.

We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and help they need.
