This TDOV, National Grid's Pride ERG is hosting an internal Talent Show to celebrate employees' talents and raise funds for The GenderCool Project, a nonprofit changing misinformed opinions about trans & nonbinary people via positive youth advocacy.

Story

The GenderCool Project is a youth-led movement bringing positive change to the world with our Champions, transgender and nonbinary young people between the ages of 12 and up.

The Champions are replacing misinformed opinions with positive experiences meeting transgender and nonbinary youth who are thriving.
