In 2026, Henry and i are going to be taking part in the Manchester Hyrox event to push our own boundaries and raise money for a bigger cause along the way.

as i'm sure you are all aware Cancer is one of the most devastating diseases. it doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed, but their whole family. Losing my dad to cancer at a young age left a lasting impact on me, and it’s something that continues to shape my life today, if i can help someone else to not have to go through what my mum and i did when i was little then it would mean the world to me. - Henry
