On January 25th, I’ll be taking part in my first HYROX race! Anyone who knows me will appreciate how big of a challenge this is - all in aid of such an incredible cause: Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan provides essential physical, emotional, and financial help to people affected by cancer.

In the UK alone, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. By donating, you’ll be helping Macmillan continue their incredible work and support those who need it most.

HYROX is a global fitness race combining running with functional workouts. Eight rounds of 1KM runs followed by challenging exercises like sled pushes, burpees, rowing, and wall balls.
