My name is Ibrahim, and this Ramadan, I’m partnering with the International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) — one of Canada’s Top 100 charities — to provide urgent food support to families in Afghanistan.

Alhamdulillah, I was blessed with the opportunity to visit Afghanistan for the first time. I saw the beauty of my homeland, but I also witnessed heartbreaking hardship. Families are struggling to put food on the table. Children fast with little to eat at suhoor or iftar. It made me realize how incredibly blessed we are.

This Ramadan, I’m asking you to please help me give back.

My goal is to raise *$2,500*, which will provide *25 families* with life-saving food packages. *Each package costs $100* and sustains a *family of 6–7 for an entire month*. Tax Receipts will be provided.

What’s Included in Each $100 Food Package:

12 kg Rice

20 kg Flour

1 kg Loose Leaf Green Tea

1 kg Dates

5 kg Red Beans

3 kg Chickpeas

3 kg Lentils

2 kg Sugar

1 kg Tomato Paste

These packages are being distributed to the most vulnerable families in Kunduz and Balkh provinces during Ramadan 2026.

Even sponsoring one package can ease the burden of an entire household.
