Story
Next October I am trekking across Madagascar for Cats Protection!
Those of you that know me will know that I absolutely love cats! I have volunteered at my local Cats Protection branch for the best part of 2 years now and seeing the difference this charity makes to the lives of so many cats is quite unbelievable.
Since losing my beautiful Ruby, volunteering has helped me in so many ways and brought me so much joy. Spending my time caring for less fortunate cats is very fulfilling and I see how selfless and caring the Cats Protection staff are towards each and every cat that comes into their care. It warms my heart to know that they are all safe and sound in their hands. The depth of care and length of time required to rehabilitate so many cats with varying needs is enormous and this charity just takes it all in their stride. I have so much to thank Cats Protection for, including my lovely Dolly.
I want to give back as much as I can so that Cats Protection can continue doing the wonderful work that they do and keep showing up for these amazing, complex and beautiful animals.
I am fundraising for my local branch which is Gildersome, West Yorkshire. Every month in the lead up to Madagascar I will be doing some kind of challenge/activity so stay tuned on my social media for that.
Any donation would mean the absolute world to me, let's smash my target and then some!! #CatChampions
Thank you

I would like to ask anybody who is eligible to Gift Aid, to please do so as it is more beneficial for Cats Protection.
