I am taking part in the Edrington Epic 4 Scotland cycle and raising funds for Giving More International which after triple matching will donate this money to nominated charities - Refuweegee and The Blide Trust in Orkney. For every £10 I raise, the charities will get £40.

I’ll be cycling 216km over two days, setting off from Glasgow and heading north then west to Loch Lomond. Day two is down along Loch long around cove peninsula and back to Glasgow.
