I can’t think of a better way to honor the one year passing of my sweet boy Bandit than to join a fundraiser walk for animals in need! 💙

I was raised by two amazing people who taught me to cherish and respect animals, especially those no one wants. I grew up in a house of misfits and the unwanted from Harry, the one-eyes mouse seemed too “defective” to sell, to the biggest “broken” love bug of them all: Connor, the 90lb golden retriever with ataxia who has need helping walking his entire life from his humans and his trusty harness.

HSFN is committed to advocating for and enhancing the lives of the animals within their care. They continuously work to educate our community through programs, trainings, and events, help homeless animals find loving families, and strengthen the animal human bond. HSFN cares for approximately 2,500 animals per year!

I walk for the furry friends that cannot speak for themselves. The ones in need of medical care. The ones that may need some extra attention from staff. The ones recovering from illness. I'm walking for every shelter animal that deserves a second chance.
