Story
Eight Mums. One Goal. To get through a Hyrox race alive! Please cheer us on by giving generously to an amazing and important cause. On March 24th, we’re taking on this crazy challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support 💚
We won’t be doing it alone - we’re racing in pairs, and there are 8 amazing women all stepping up to do this together as a team. Training alongside such a strong, supportive group has made it even more special (and a little competitive too!).
For anyone who doesn’t know, HYROX is a serious test of strength and endurance. We’ll be running 8km in total, broken up with 8 pretty brutal workout stations - all completed as fast as possible. Details FYI below:
HYROX Female Open Race Format
1km Run
1km SkiErg
1km Run
50m Sled Push – 102kg
1km Run
50m Sled Pull – 78kg
1km Run

200m Farmers Carry – 2 x 16kg
1km Run
100m Sandbag Lunges – 10kg

100 Wall Balls – 4kg ball (9ft target)
It’s going to be tough, and I know there will be moments where it really hurts - but doing it alongside an incredible group of women, and for such an important cause, makes it completely worth it.
If you’re able to donate - big or small - I’d be so grateful. Every bit of support really does make a difference (and will definitely help get me through those wall balls at the end!).
Thank you so much for cheering us on 💚
