Hi and welcome to my fundraising page!

As I lace up for this year's Ottawa Tamarack 1/2 marathon race, I decided to make every stride count and raise funds for the The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County.

Everyday through our work at Age Well Solutions, I witness the impact of dementia on individuals and families. The loss of loved ones to this condition and the impact on caregivers is heartbreaking. Raising funds means more, much needed community based services can be offered to those directly affected, easing caregiver burnout and boosting quality of life. Who doesn't want that for those we care about - our loved one's, friends and neighbors?
