To celebrate our longstanding relationship, my best mate, Ad and I are taking part in the London 2 Brighton cycle on Sunday 15 June. We are raising money for the Mind charity, in memory of Eloise and Penny.

Therefore, we are continuing our mid-life crisis - no leather jackets or Harleys, but slightly ill-advised escapades to help raise more awareness of mental health issues (every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem), especially the challenges faced by young people in today's world, whether at school, university or in the workplace.
